Weston Milling™ is a premier flour milling group, producing quality wheat flour to all segments of the Australasian, New Zealand, South Asian and other regional export flour markets. With some of the most modern facilities in the southern hemisphere, we have used advanced milling techniques to produce and customise products to fulfil our customers needs.
With stringent quality practices we have obtained ISO and HACCP international standards in addition to AS4801, to create product certainty.

Weston Milling™ is part of a division of George Weston Foods Limited (GWF Australia). GWF Australia is in turn, a subsidiary of Associated British Foods Limited (London) and is one of Australia's largest cereal manufacturers specialising in the production of breads, biscuits, pastry, cakes, pies and stock feed. There are over 60 operational sites located in Australia and New Zealand.

Weston Milling™ has a flat operational structure with a Site Manager based at each branch. The National Management Team is based in Enfield.
