In these ever changing times we believe it essential to be at the forefront of technology and innovation. We continually seek opportunities to increase not only the quality of each and every product we sell, but also the depth of our product range.
In fact we believe it so essential we have a dedicated team of R & D chemists who perform sophisticated research and analysis within the food industry and have done so for over 40 years. We also have test and development bakeries housed within our mills across Australia. This gives us the chance to immediately analyse individual flour specifications and efficiently solve any customer issues that should arise. It's all part of our partnership approach to the pursuit of excellence in product quality and service.
