At Weston Milling we understand the growing interest in gluten free and wheat free products as a result of an increase in special dietary requirements. We also understand that just because consumers are seeking gluten free foods doesn’t mean they aren’t seeking something which is delicious and tasty.
As a result we carefully developed a range of products which give great texture and flavour, as well as the confidence in ensuring all gluten free safety standards have been maintained.
Our gluten free range includes flour and premix options for breads, cakes, muffins, pastry and cookies.
