Weston Milling cements the link between growers and product manufacturers.  This is achieved through the purchase of selected grains, which are later milled into a variety of applications, including bread, pasta, pastry, noodles and cakes.  However, our relationship with our partners is about much more than simply buying wheat and turning it into flour.  We pride ourselves on building solid relationships and communicating our in-depth knowledge throughout the supply chain.
